The Board of Natural Capital Ireland (NCI) invites tender submissions to carry out a piece of work to devise, develop and advise on the organisational policies and procedures needed by NCI as we begin our path to attain charity status.
The overall aim of the review is to identify the most effective organisational design to support NCI’s strategic ambitions, administration and operations and that will secure charity status.
The aim of this strategic review is to:
Build on a recent review NCI’s current governance and organisational structure and effectiveness and to identify needs, gaps and opportunities
Consider which governance structure organisational design and /or business model can best support the achievement of NCI’s medium- and long-term strategic goals and operations
Recommend the optimum governance structure and organisational structure including workforce model that NCI should use going forward along with the appropriate workforce design (CEO/MD or other) required policies processes other resourcing, infrastructure and support.
Tender requirements
We will require the following to be included in the tender submission:
A proposal: A proposal and plan for implementing the review, demonstrating an understanding of the objectives of the work and detailing capacity to carry out the work within the agreed timescale.
Costs: An estimate of the number of days’ work involved and an overall project costing including VAT.
Experience: Details of the project team to include:
The key contact person who will take overall responsibility for the review. It is essential the tenderer has senior level relevant experience.
The experience of each person assigned to the review
Referees: Name and full contact details (postal and email addresses and telephone numbers) for two relevant and recent referees.
Budget
The budget for this project is expected to be no more than 15,000 euro inclusive of VAT.
