The Forum is hosting a free online event on business, biodiversity and finance on January 19th, 2021, at 10am (note: date updated), focusing on three new studies. Our speakers will include:

• Dr Theo Cojoianu, Assistant Professor of Finance, Queen's University Belfast & Member, Platform on Sustainable Finance, EU Commission and

• Mark van Oorschot, Senior Researcher on International Biodiversity Policies, Dutch Environmental Agency (PBL).

We will present three novel studies that explore this area:

• The Indebted to Nature report, written by the Dutch Central Bank and the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (PBL)

• A study on the uptake of biodiversity management of 11,000 corporates worldwide, using UNEP-WCMC’s ENCORE tool.

• Our own review of business action on biodiversity in Ireland.
