Join our Biodiversity Day Event in Kildare

This International Day for Biodiversity, May 22, as part of Kildare Biodiversity Week and the Kildare PPN Climate Series, Natural Capital Ireland will host a free interactive talk by Dr Maria Fitzpatrick, NCI Steering Committee Member and Business For Biodiversity Ireland's new Business Development Manager, at Maynooth University.

Maria will be joined at the Maynooth campus School of Education at 6.30pm on May 22 by NCI Executive Coordinator Deirdre Lane for a talk for those curious about how natural capital accounting can provide a way to understand the value of nature and our dependence on the multiple benefits it contributes to our society, health and prosperity. Refreshments will be served.

This talk is preceded by two other events, the Bioblitz and insect ID workshop with Dr James Carolan of MU and a Dusk Walk with Birdwatch Ireland Kildare, book separately for those on the Maynooth Green Campus eventbrite.
