The Natural Capital Coalition is launching the Natural Capital Commitment to coincide with Natural Capital Week. In the build up to the crucial Conference of Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity, it is asking businesses to sign up to commit to apply natural capital thinking, to act upon the results to improve decision making, and to pledge to conserve and enhance the natural capital upon which we all depend.
The Natural Capital Coalition is a founding partner of Business for Nature (BfN). By signing the Natural Capital Commitment, and acting on it, organisations will be joining the BfN community and recognised as leaders in natural capital application. Best practice will be amplified through this international network and used to inform global reviews, frameworks, and policies, with opportunities to present work at international forums, and to learn from a growing community of practice.
